On international commercial and investment arbitrations, Ms. Yoldi has experience under the leading institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including those of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She specializes in investment and contractual disputes with an emphasis on the quantum and damages aspects.
On commercial and regulatory matters in the oil & gas sector, Ms. Yoldi has experience advising Mexico and several state-owned companies in connection with contractual negotiations and major infrastructure projects.
